Life Lessons – The key of Positive Perception

For several years I experienced challenging times and i also became driven to find out these particular things were happening to me.


This became among my life’s greatest challenges. I was so stuck in a victim mindset of why me, i almost overlooked Life Hacks and tests which are being presented before me. Little did I understand, i was at preparation for my advancement. During those times it felt like I was surviving in hell. The perception I’d of my experience then has not been great, I was focused inside the negative, brimming with fear and seeking for a person or something at fault and take responsibility.

Then I came across i has not been alone under-going challenging times, there where lots of others under-going tough experiences too. Despite the fact that their experiences were a bit dissimilar to mine, these folks were still being challenged on the core, so this gave me comfort understanding that the tough journey has not been just for me. Because of this understanding I started to offer myself permission to recover from the victim mindset that have me in a mental prison for many years. The truth is people have to go through some challenging times at different periods individuals lives and no-one really knows why we should instead have these experiences. This then causes us to make a list of what we can do about it? Most of the people get stuck here, due to this question. You know yourself that you do not follow simple proven steps which basically is really a recipe for mental bondage that then leads to the victim mindset.

Everything you settle upon here will define the way that you’ll follow. Lets take a good example. Maybe you have felt as if you were a target associated with a circumstance? What will happen that mindset is really a spiralling down into negative emotions you may will feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you are down inside the dumps? This is extremely usual to many of us, we have areas were we’re adamant it’s beyond our understanding, so it’s easier for individuals to really make the assumption it’s somebody’s fault, when you start out to think such as this commemorate you lose your management of what are you doing. Most of us find change hard to handle as by nature we very often fight any change, because we would rather sit and dwell in the things which we’re familiar with that is otherwise known as the safe place. From the safe place many of us we dwell there for very long periods, what we don’t realise is always that change will probably happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. Therefore it is usually ready to go with the flow rather than resisting and fighting. For you to accept the modification and turn into in flow with it you might want a confident perception of conditions that you are going through.

The most challenging question that lots of people ask is how you can stay positive?
