For countless years I experienced tough times and I became driven to determine the things were happening if you ask me.
This became one of my life’s greatest challenges. I became so stuck in the victim mindset of why me, i almost missed out on Life lessons and tests that were being presented before me. Little did I understand, i is at preparation in my advancement. At that time it felt like I became moving into hell. The perception I had created of my experience then had not been great, I became more tightly focused in the negative, brimming with fear looking for someone something like that the culprit and assume responsibilty.
Eventually I came across i had not been on your own going through tough times, there where many others going through tough experiences too. Although their experiences were a lttle bit dissimilar to mine, we were holding still being challenged towards the core, so this provided comfort realizing that the challenging journey had not been exclusively for me. Due to this understanding I began to provide myself permission to recover from the victim mindset that had me in the mental prison for several years. The truth is all of us have to endure some tough times at different periods of our lives and no-one really knows why we need to have these experiences. This then causes us to make a list of what we should are capable of doing about this? Most people get stuck here, due to this question. You tell yourself that you don’t can deal which basically can be a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.
Whatever you settle upon here will define the way that you’re going to follow. Lets take a good example. Have you felt like you were a victim of the circumstance? Here are some that mindset can be a spiralling on to negative emotions you are going to learn to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you’re down in the dumps? This is very present with the majority of us, we have areas were we’re adamant that it’s beyond our understanding, so it is easier for people to make the assumption that it’s somebody’s fault, while you begin to consentrate such as this it can make you lose your control of what’s happening. When investing in for the reason that state of mind or belief it is rather difficult to leave it, you will need something far more powerful state of mind that you can be free.
At this point lots of people are asleep, so that they have to get up from other slumber. When you find yourself get up something changes, you in turn become aware of how you are already playing small and have grown to be a victim. When you’re aware of this you open a door on your perception to alter. Right onto your pathway of being positive starts here which experience is the thing that I call a shift in to a new state of mind. This transitioning period of transformation is normally slow but really worth the wait.
Everyone knows that transitioning can be quite a challenging time since you are working on letting go of the old so your new can occur. The majority of us find change difficult to handle as by nature we sometimes combat any change, because we want to sit and dwell in the things which we’re familiar with that is otherwise known as the rut. From the rut the majority of us we dwell there for days on end periods, what we should don’t realise is always that change will almost certainly happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it will be usually good to go with the flow instead of resisting and fighting. That you should accept the modification and be in flow from it you’ll want a positive understanding of conditions that you’re going through.
Essentially the most challenging question a large number of people ask you are able to make sure? Generally we’re creatures of habit we find just changing a very important factor out of our usual pattern rather painful but it is consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that usually brings greatest results.
