A Course In Miracles teaches that everybody is God’s holy child. We are all equal. Even Jesus is our equal. ACIM teaches the physical world we seem in has not been developed by God, but is surely an illusion individuals making. This is a manifestation of our false belief in separation. It is literally a fantasy we are dreaming. Our responsibility, while in physical reality, would be to accept this and learn how you can prepare ourselves to wake to Reality which is the Christ. A Course In Miracles teaches us that there’s a Voice for God in your minds which is always conversing with us, telling us that we are: unlimited, one with all of life, eternal, and literally invulnerable. That Voice is the Holy Spirit. There is another voice within our minds that we made up that lies to all of us and lets us know were: limited, separate, mortal, and vulnerable. That voice could be the ego. An immediate focus of ACIM is to teach us how you can tell these voices apart. After we do this we must elect to hear the Holy Spirit and trust the Holy Spirit’s counsel. We’ll always hear the voice in the ego while within the dream but we should not accept it’s guidance or counsel about anything. ACIM is not concerning the death with the ego, but how to correctly correspond with it.
Because we are in fact dreaming the physical world and everything in it, all of our many siblings are a member of that dream too. These are behaving in the same way we now have asked them to. As a result, having grievances regarding the subject is a grievance about ourselves. When we keep grievances we attack ourselves so we feel: weak, vulnerable and still have pain accordingly. An important the main ACIM teaching is finding out how to let go of our grievances. We do this by the practice of “complete forgiveness” which is distinctive from precisely what is usually called forgiveness on the planet. Complete forgiveness starts by our knowing whatever is going on, we’ve got called for. You have to provide our perceptions and thoughts about the reality of the grievance to the Holy Spirit and request a whole new perception to be given us. After the Holy Spirit gives us this new perception we’ve got to choose it as being ours. This is why grievances are really let it go. Since our siblings bring us these forgiveness lessons, our relationships are in fact our salvation. When they are not bringing us forgiveness and grievance lessons, are littermates provide us with the opportunity to celebrate our joy and our eternal nature, thus strengthening our belief inside them. ACIM usually salvation through relationships.
A program In Miracles includes a strong concentrate on healing. We heal by recognizing the eternal Spirit in ourselves plus the whole friends and family. We let Holy Spirit guide us as to what to do from the physical world to manifest the healing of ourselves yet others. Frequently this spiritual healing produces shifts inside the appearance of physical reality – including shifts from the appearance of the health or sickness of our body and the bodies of others. Sometimes this spiritual healing won’t produce such shifts to look at. We’re asked to have confidence in the truth with the healing regardless of the appearance of “symptoms.” The “miracle” may be the mental change in perception. It frequently has observable effects however, not always.
A training course In Miracles teaches us to become patient with our spiritual recovery process rather than to evaluate it in any way. We’ve no chance of finding out how far along we’re on the path.
