With a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, this coming year ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to generate a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
An expert in creating sculptors beyond metal scrap, whenever a client approached Nishant to create one among Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his baby daughter can be an reply to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came just as one possiblity to express his passion towards the higher power.

Despite the short notice, a project that will need a commitment of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece in a month. Tirelessly day time and night regarding his team, he states “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts must be handpicked so they could easily fit into like a jigsaw puzzle. The hardest and challenging part was the process of hammering and bending several to get the desire type of one’s body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors combined with the challenge of executing the job with the deadline, which however we were able to accomplish.
A 6 ft . tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it can be made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are nearly Ten to fifteen mm in depth which were bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to make it a complete metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been made from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts in order to name some. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) can also be made out of gears, nuts, bolts and also using a piston block as well as a wrought iron tail.
With all the 6 foot Ganpati created beyond automobile scrap for his client, the following project for Nishant is a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
