The cast of characters are settling set for their new situations. They are that nothing much should be happening to upset that world, yet, they may be surprisingly wrong.

This tale of innuendo, gossip, lies, misdirection and intrigue comes across authentically as a comedy of errors and misinformation. The idea is straightforward enough and subtle enough to give a good base.

Ma Foster provides housing on her behalf “girls,” Bella, Chloe and Kitty. The three in residence are missing. Ma makes a big problem about this. She even goes to the local newspaper when the local police don’t respond to her fears. She does appeal to the out-of-work detective, the new editor in the local newspaper and lastly town itself.

The central character is Henrietta, who was named as soon as the town involved, Henryetta, Oklahoma. Henrietta provides extensive looking for her these days, she gets gone after the important city, OKC, OK and landed employment with all the local t.v. station. Even if this won’t strengthen your journalistic career, it can get her in the middle of Real estate and events of the afternoon. The typical players for Henryetta are Wynona Sue, Henrietta’s hairdresser mother stars in the “reality” show, see later. Her husband, Professor LeHough, a local bug expert is bald from your surprise shaving. Rodney, Henrietta’s boyfriend, camera man buddy and overall best ally is pulled and tugged by Henrietta and her immediate boss Miss Peg. Harold Mixon, the dog owner and editor emeritus in the local weekly newspaper, just recently put on the internet is looking to have a pleasant and quiet Labor Day weekend along with his friends at the International Order of Odd Fellows (I.O.O.F.).

The opposite main characters are Gigi Carpenter, a feminist reporter turned editor in the local newspaper. Max (Maximo) Morgan a would-be gum shoe private detective which has a penchant for old murder mysteries, especially Dashiel Hammet’s “Fat Man” tales. Then Deano DeBoffo as the “reality” show director looking to shot an airplane pilot to get a new show. Finally, Shatner Lapp, as a newsman, publisher, editor and all-round ancient boy, relates to town to assistance with his Princeton buddy’s newspaper problems.

Once these individuals have a go at the gossip laden townsfolk, the misinformation flies. With increased rumors then this facts probably warrant, these missing girls become more plus more objects of speculation and intrigue while almost no factual info is given. The rumors begin mild as the missing girls are simply searched by Ma and Maximo.

These rumors and gossip finally lead up to a major “reporter war” between Shat and Gigi. The misinformation here becomes the avalanche cascading on the news therefore the townspeople.
