For quite some time I went through challenging times i became driven to determine why these things were happening to me.

This became among my life’s greatest challenges. I had been so stuck within a victim mindset of why me, i almost missed out on Life lessons and tests which were being presented before me. Little did I realize, i is at preparation in my advancement. Then it felt like I had been moving into hell. The perception I had of my experience then has not been great, I had been far more concerned inside the negative, packed with fear and seeking for an individual or something to blame and assume responsibility.

Then one day I ran across i has not been the only person going through challenging times, there where many others going through tough experiences too. Even though their experiences were a bit different to mine, these folks were still being challenged to the core, and this provided comfort if you know the challenging journey has not been exclusively for me. For this reason understanding I started to provide myself permission to result from the victim mindset which had me within a mental prison for quite some time. The majority of us find change tough to cope with as by nature we very often fight against any change, because we prefer to sit and dwell in what were informed about that’s otherwise referred to as the comfort zone. From the comfort zone the majority of us we dwell there for days periods, that which you don’t realise is always that change will almost certainly happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it is usually ready to go using the flow as opposed to resisting and fighting. So that you can accept the change and stay in flow with it you need to have a positive perception of instances that you are going through.
