Alpine Sky Golden Retrievers is a small family-oriented breeder situated in Raleigh, NC. Our passion for English Cream Golden Retrievers began by having an earnest visit a great pet dog. We needed a puppy that has been kid-friendly and trainable, having a calm, gentle temperament and we all began seeking breeds that had characteristics compatible with our lifestyle.

Because we enjoy hiking, lake and beach time, we wanted a dog that loved water and employ. It was also key that the dog stop a barker since we do business from home. After much research, we chosen the English Cream Golden Retrievers, which has been an ideal fit for individuals.

We looked for months to get a quality male from a responsible small family breeder, and lastly found him. In 2008, we fell completely crazy about our first boy, Kozmo, together with his gentle, sweet nature and happy go lucky attitude. He loves everyone, especially children, so we were immediately obsessed with the breed. We added Holly to the family and, in 2014, our extended dog family began to form with your first litter gonna carefully selected others who live nearby.

After witnessing the enrichment of countless lives, we had been inspired to continue sharing our special dogs with more families plus the broader community.

Leveraging their gentle and sweet temperaments, we began certifying some of our own dogs as Therapy Dogs. It has been a satisfying experience for our family, the dogs, along with the individuals finding the comfort and joy our dogs present to everyone.

We continue our focus on dogs best-suited to become loving family members and hopefully future therapy dogs.
