During the last year, a lot of people have approached me asking me about my perspective, as well as the perspective of A program in Miracles, about the popular book and movie The secrets. I became also recently asked to be involved in an expert panel discussion on The Secret and the loa on the Body Soul Spirit Expo in Calgary.

While i notice, The trick provides a few powerful and necessary global messages worth appreciating.
The initial message is always that our thoughts use a powerful affect on our life. Another insight is that we’re eligible for a wealthy life, although true wealth is a lot more than just cash and “toys.” Instead, it demands feeling fulfilled in all areas of life, including our relationships, career, and health. What we want to do is look within to learn if, in fact, the world thinks value authentic wealth.

Another message that is subtly conveyed within the Secret, then one that I believe to be true, is always that whenever we possess a heartfelt desire and that we agree doing our part to manifest the need, synchronicities arise, and dormant forces sparkle.

On the flip side, I am the concept that more “toys” in the form of cars, houses, jet planes, and boats could make us happy and you will be the illustration showing our capacity to manifest is potentially damaging and crippling for most people who’re already “bankrupt” from the regions of self-love and self-appreciation. The problem with this picture is that the need to have often comes from a a feeling of lack rather than a sense completeness. Websites as bad this, everything we gain in thinks of feeling “full,” whole, happy, or accomplished, will in the end not work, because we feel a void internally.

The truth is that we’re not empty, but already full, and when problems in later life and feel this being our new reality, then this outer world begins to “echo” our inner awareness.

A Course in Miracles reminds us that to the degree that people can accept and be truly grateful for your inheritance as being a definite unbounded, abundant, whole, and unlimited Self, we’ll attract to ourselves the ideal outward expressions individuals claimed inner worth. This reclaiming of our authentic Self might miraculously bring into manifestation any material things that will serve the higher good of both our life and of those around us, and yet we’ll feel no dependency upon them for happiness.
