Having a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, this year ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to produce a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
A professional in creating sculptors out of metal scrap, every time a client approached Nishant to create among Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his baby little girl is definitely an solution to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came being an opportunity to express his passion on the higher power.

Inspite of the short notice, a task that needs a dedication of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece within a month. Tirelessly day time and night with his team, he states “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts needed to be handpicked so they could easily fit in as being a jigsaw puzzle. The hardest and challenging part was the entire process of hammering and bending several to give the desire type of the body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors combined with the process of executing the job at the deadline, which however we were able to accomplish.
A 6 ft . tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it can be made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are nearly 10 or 15 mm in depth that had been bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to make it a whole metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been manufactured from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts only to mention a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) is also made from gears, nuts, bolts as well as using a piston block and a wrought iron tail.
Together with the 6 foot Ganpati created beyond automobile scrap for his client, the following problem for Nishant is often a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
