With a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, in 2010 ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to make a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
A professional in creating sculptors beyond metal scrap, when a client approached Nishant to generate among Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his new born baby girl can be an reply to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came as a possible possibility to express the love for the higher power.

Regardless of the short notice, a job that will require a dedication of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece within a month. Tirelessly morning and night with his team, he states “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts must be handpicked in order that they could fit in like a jigsaw puzzle. The hardest and challenging part was the whole process of hammering and bending the various to get the desire shape of our bodies. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors included with the task of executing the job on the deadline, which however we were able to accomplish.
A 6 feet in height “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it is made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are nearly 10 or 15 mm in thickness that have been bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to really make it a whole metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been given from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts in order to mention a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) is also created from gears, nuts, bolts and also which has a piston block and a wrought iron tail.
With all the 6 foot Ganpati created from automobile scrap for his client, the following problem for Nishant can be a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
